- Photocopy of valid business registration such as SSM, local Authorities, MOF, CIDB & PKK
- Letter of Award (LOA) or Government’s Indent or other documents acceptable by KT
- Details of project cost and cashflow projections
- Latest 6 months bank’s statements
- Latest 2 years audited or management accounts
- List of completed, on-going & tendering contracts (if applicable)

Valuation Report | Based on the valuer's charges plus an additional RM200 per report. |
Advance Payment for Taxes & Takaful (Land Tax, Assessment Tax or Takaful Protection) | RM50 will be charged for each advance payment made by the KT on behalf of the customer. This charge will be added to the customer’s financing balance. |
Takaful Administration Fee | RM100 for the administration and management of Takaful protection related to the charged property. |
Post-Dated Cheque Fee | RM20 per cheque. |
Foreign Currency Transfer Fee | RM100 per transaction. |
